We are thrilled to share that Bambino International was recently featured in an article by the Associated Press, highlighting an issue many couples fear: late photographers, surly attitudes, and unreliable service. The interview process was genuinely thrilling, and it gave us the chance to speak on a topic we care deeply about: what really happens behind the scenes after your wedding day. At Bambino International, we pride ourselves on delivering not just beautiful imagery, but the best possible experience from start to finish. We’ve heard the horror stories—and we’ve built our entire system to be the opposite of that.
Our process is rooted in trust, teamwork, and years of refining what it means to care for a couple’s memories. Because our job doesn’t end after we take the photo—it continues in how we handle, protect, and deliver what matters most to you.
That’s why we wanted to share what our process really looks like—from the first backup to the final delivery.
We shoot with dual card camera slots—every single image is recorded to two camera cards. This means every photo has a built-in backup from the moment it’s created. It’s a simple step that adds a powerful layer of protection.
Once we’re back in the studio, we carefully unload the memory cards onto a master hard drive dedicated to your wedding. This drive becomes the central point of our workflow, where everything is initially stored and cataloged. Next, we create a second backup on a production SSD. This isn’t just another copy—it’s the version our editors actually work from throughout the entire editing process. By separating this drive from our main archive, we streamline production while keeping your original files secure.
Our editing system is streamlined, efficient, and always intentional. From image curation to color grading, every step is done with care. We don’t rush—we refine. That’s how we ensure every gallery feels just as timeless and emotionally true as the day itself.

We don’t format or erase the original memory cards until every image is edited, uploaded, and successfully delivered to you (which is also a layer of backup). This extra buffer may seem small, but it’s a crucial safeguard—and one more way we show how much we care.
Our passion for this part of the process runs deep. This backend system didn’t happen overnight—it’s something we’ve built and refined over years of experience, as a team, with intention.
And this? It’s just one layer of everything that goes on behind the scenes at BI.
