Among these cherished rituals is the vibrant “Haldi Ceremony.” This pre-wedding celebration, also known as the “Turmeric Ceremony,” is a joyous affair symbolizing love, purity, and blessings. The couple is adorned with a fragrant paste made from turmeric and other auspicious ingredients, applied by family members amidst laughter and music.
